How Do I Know How Long I Have Been On, Change My Password etc.?
To find out how long you have been on, go to the Contact Us section. Fill out the online virtual form, and we will check on our databases and inform you via e-mail.

How Do I Search the World Wide Web?
If you are using Netscape, you may click on Net Search which will take you to a site with the Infoseek Search Engine, Lycos Search Engine, Webcrawler and others. It is a good idea to save the engines, that you use most, as bookmarks. Otherwise we have a list of search engines on our Search Engines page.

Can I Use Other PPP Software Besides The Shareware That Came With My Account?
Yes. There are literally countless programs out there that will provide a dialer and tools to allow you to check your mail, read the news, browse the web etc. Unfortunately, although we are familiar with the most common packages, it is impossible for us to support them all. If you are using some other software besides the package we have provided and you are having difficulties, please check all the accompanying documentation first, if your problems still persist give us a call and we'll try our best to help out.
