When will my account be billed?
When do my hours reset?

1) When will my account be billed?
Our billing date is the 5th of each month. Your billing amount will represent your monthly plan charge plus any overtime charges.

2) When do my hours reset?
Hours are reset on the first of every month. Any unused hours in your first month will be carried over to your second month. This will compensate those who sign up near the end of the month.
